Carson ready for Bursa move and Baggies keeper in Turkey to finalise reported £1.5m transfer

Scott Paul Carson (born 3 September 1985) is an English footballer who plays for West Brom as a goalkeeper and he joined of a Leeds United football academy in 2002, making his full first team debut for Leeds against Manchester United in February 2004 and he made his first appearance for the England under-21 team in the same month and later set a record of 29 caps for the under-21 side and the January 2005, he moved to Liverpool for a transfer fee of £750,000 and was called up for the England senior team summer tour to the United States later that year.

West Bromwich Albion goalkeeper Scott Carson admits he is 'looking forward' to a new start as he prepares to finalise a move to Bursaspor and the Carson is currently in Turkey to put the finishing touches to a reported £1.5million switch to Bursaspor after deciding to end his three-year stay at West Brom.

England keeper has made over 110 appearances for the Baggies since joining from the Liverpool, but endured a mixed last season with the Premier League club and he is now ready for a fresh challenge at Bursaspor, who have former Rangers striker Kenny Miller on their books,Carson has been impressed by the size of the club.

"I am really surprised how big this club is," the 25-year-old told the Turkish media and the facilities are as good as I've been used to anywhere and I'm really excited for it's a new challenge and I'm joining a brilliant club which has a family atmosphere and it's been a bit overwhelming, I couldn't believe how many photographers and cameramen turned up and "I'm just looking forward to a new start now."
