Caroline Celico is having her second child with Real Madrid midfielder, Kaka. Just like the Beckhams, this time the couple also expecting baby girl, which will complete their small family, after having a son, Luca Celico, as their first child on June 2009.
Both father and son are excited with the pregnancy. Luca already suggest a name for his future sister, and call her "Imazina", means little sister. Kaka wrote about the happy news on his Twitter, "My wife,Caroline, is expecting our second child. And this time we'll be having a baby girl."
