Dudek Forced to Leave the Match Early Due to Injury

Cristiano comfort Dudek after he got his jaw broke and had to leave the field.

Not a great day for Jerzy Dudek, Real Madrid's goalkeeper. He broke his jaw yesterday, when Real Madrid played against Auxerre.

The goalkeeper, who played his first time this season, was forced to leave the field 2 minutes before the first half ended, after being hit by Roy Contout.

The player was taken to the Hospital Sanitas La Moraleja, and after the check up, he confirmed to have a "subcondylar mandibular fracture", but no operation needed. But he still need at least 6 weeks to recover, but will wait for a further check-ups.
