England exit for Baldini and Capello's right-hand man to join Roma after Euro qualifiers.

England general manager Franco Baldini will leave his post after the Euro 2012 qualifying campaign to join Roma and Baldini, Fabio Capello's right hand man with the 3 Lions is the best English speaker of the Italian regime and has been used for the main contact with the players and he will join the Serie A side in the either October or November of this year.

Capello has long confirmed his own intention to step down when his contract expires after the Euro 2012 finals next summer and the Baldini has been allowed to relinquish his duties prior to the finals in Poland and Ukraine although there remains a possibility he could return for the tournament and should England qualify.

Full agreement for a england currently top qualifying Group G on goal difference from the  Montenegro with 3 games in the campaign remaining for the away to Bulgaria and at home to Wales in September before and what is likely to be the crucial trip to Podgorica in October.

It is important to make clear that Franco will continue in his current role on a full time basis until either October or November 2011 for depending for the England's progress in a qualifying group and he will not commence his work with Roma until after this time and the Franco has taken this decision with the full agreement of England manager Fabio Capello for at this time for still to be decided if Franco will return to work with Fabio and the England team for their February friendly and the European Championships (subject to qualification).
