Arsenal Midfielder Tomas Rosicky Signed a New Contract at Emirates Stadium

The Arsenal midfielder Tomas Rosicky has signed a new contract and admits it is a 'great honour' to be staying at Emirates Stadium and the Czech Republic international has scored 19 goals in 156 appearances for the Gunners since joining from Borussia Dortmund in 2006 to he missed 18 months through injury.

They are 31-year-old's previous deal was due to expire at the end of the season to he has agreed an extension after impressing in recent weeks and he was linked with a move to several clubs during the January transfer window, he is delighted to be staying with the Gunners.

He is told the club's official website to it is a great honour to sign a new deal with Arsenal, I love the club and am proud to wear the Arsenal shirt to felt like home since I arrived six years ago and I couldn't be happier to commit my future to the team.

The arsenal boss Arsene Wenger added always been a big admirer of Tomas abilities and am delighted he's chosen to commit his future to the club in believe he is an exceptional player natural footballer who is technically top class and he plays the style of football we champion here and shares completely our philosophy is always ready to work for the sake of the club to willing to put the team first have huge respect for him.
