Brazil legend Pele Says Barcelona Style is the Blueprint For The Future

The Former Brazil international Pele has stated that he hopes Barcelona style of play will be emulated by future teams as he believes skill will eventually win out over strength tot the legendary attacker has compared the Catalans to clubs that dominated in the past such as Benfica, Ajax, AC Milan, Real Madrid, and feels that the key to success is to have a group of footballers playing together for a long time.

A Barcelona’s style is the football people want to see and I really hope it’s the blueprint for the future in really hope skill wins out over strength, Pele was quoted as saying on the Fifa website for the look at Germany in to play a much more technical game today, and that’s the football we want to see and we want to see the ball moving, not the players, and you only get that with teams that are really well-organised.

And i have been watching this Barca side a lot lately and they’re like Santos were in my heyday, or the great Benfica, Ajax, AC Milan and Real Madrid sides to they all set the standard in their day and, like I said in the key to their success was the fact that they had settled line-ups over a long period of time and barcelona have won three Champions League titles in the past 6 years and have also lifted the Club World Cup trophy twice in that period.

AC Milan Players Posed At Public Beach In Dubai

Don't you wish Real Madrid player would do more things like this ?? ...Training on a public beach....

Of course AC Milan players will do good, especially for Zlatan.

When Real Madrid had their open training session on 30 Dec 2010, AC Milan trained openly at Mamzar beach and Park in Dubai, on the same day. Which more appealing to you guys ??

The Milan squad came to Dubai on 28 December 2010 for a winter training camp for Inaugural Emirates Challenge Cup that will held today. The team will take on a local Al Ahli team.

During the time, the players made several training session that opened to public, like the beach training. But sorry to say, rather than looked like a professional footballers, they looked more like tourist attraction.

 "The Emirates Challenge Cup with AC Milan and Al Ahli is set to be an action packed event and is certain to draw in football fans from across the UAE," said Mohammed Mattar, Emirates' Divisional Senior Vice President, Airport Services.

"Fans of AC Milan will benefit from the rare opportunity of being able to watch the team train at Al Ahli stadium, adding even further excitement to the team's visit."

"AC Milan play fast paced football that will keep fans entertained and Al Ahli on their toes and I wish both teams the best of luck."

The match will be played at Al Ahli Stadium, Dubai and kicks off at 8pm local time.
