Liverpool's Luis Suarez Ruled Out.

Liverpool's Luis Suarez ruled out of Uruguay italy friendly and they says coach Oscar Tabarez confirmed that the in-form forward would not take the field at the Stadio Olimpico and has picked Sebastian Fernandez to partner Edison Cavani in attack.
