Iker Casillas Swollen Face at Charity Event

Iker CaIker suffered with a swollen face because of food allergy. The bad news is, he had to attend a charity event which he has sponsored called "x Party Illusion". It's a charity event that pitted players, singers and actors for young people at risk of social exclusion.

The party was held at the Palacio de los Deportes in Madrid. Of course, Casillas won't miss it for the world, even with his potato face.....

Funny thing is, earlier, he wrote on his FB that he already ended his career as a goalkeeper at RM, just to make fun, since 29th december is like an April Fools day in Spain. So, the swollen face could be a payback on him. Afterall, he worried lots of his fans with the status....

Today Cristiano Ronaldo did a press conference in Dubai. He spoke something about his posibbility on retiring from football in the next 6 years. He admitted he doesn't know about Dubai's football, although he loves the city and that it was his fifth visits there.

Ronaldo stayed at Atlantis Hotel, where the suite room cost £ 13,000 per-night with a fantastic view. People can watch the fish swimming while staying inside the room or taking a bath.

Dubai must've provide a highly security for CR, because we hardly find pictures of him , Junior or Irina.

Latest news from CR, he canceled the trip to Dubai mall, but will attend the gala dinner award. Probably he's too tired to meet thousands of fans  at the mall ( I'm guessing it would be huge like what happened at Turkey last June).

The cancelation has caused disappointment and anger among the fans, since he was scheduled to meet the 10 winners from the competition, and handing out the signed jersey. However, the mall meet and greet was apparently from a 3rd party, and that he never actually agreed to attend the event.

At least we know where he spent the Christmas holiday ......

CR ,Irina, and Junior spent their Christmas holiday in Maldives. It was the second time for CR and Irina. For the big holiday, CR chose to spend Christmas with his gf, while on New Year, he chose to spend it with his family since it's Dolly's birthday.

At Maldives, the couple stayed at a luxury resort with a private pool that cost USD 3,000 per night.

Just to pampered the fans, CR has published his own picture at Maldives beach on FB. And  although he didn't mentioned who he travelled with , the media was ahead of him. Of course, there's a posibbility they only travelled alone, without his son, just like last year. Afterall, no piccies of Junior.....

Next week, Cristiano Ronaldo will fly to Dubai to attend a Children charity. On the event that will held at Armani Hotel, 10 shirts signed by world's greatest footballers will be auctioned, and the money will go to the charity. Among his name, Lionel Messi, Rooney, Alessandro Del Piero, Casillas, Francesco Totti, Frank Lampard, Brazillian Ronaldo, Luis Nani and Ibrahimovic also donate shirts to the charity. The 10 winners of the shirts will have the opportunity to meet CR in person.....

After the auction, CR will attend the Audi Football night Gala dinner. To join the dinner, ppl have to buy a ticket with a price of USD 1,350.

The dinner is part of the programme for the Globe Soccer event on December 28 and 29. Globe Soccer is an annual meeting of leading clubs, leagues, federations and other institutions involved in the international transfer market.
